No. We are an independent private service provider with 18 years of experience in obtaining register documents. We obtain official register documents for you. We are not a public authority or an official register portal. Our provider details are in our legal notice.
How soon will I receive my documents?
PDF extracts: usually within 1–15 minutes after acceptance of the complete order during our service hours (Monday–Friday 09:00–18:00, Saturday 09:00–15:00, German local time). Outside these hours, processing starts in the next service period. Without a valid request for early performance, processing starts no earlier than the end of the withdrawal period. We confirm the processing start when accepting your order. Official certification: usually 2–4 weeks; apostilles: usually 6 weeks, in each case after acceptance of the complete documents. Postal transit time is additional. Legalisation: processing time on request. Availability and processing by public authorities may delay delivery; these are estimates, not guaranteed deadlines.

Do I need an account?
You can order without registering first. We need your billing details and email address to process and deliver your order. Existing customers can access their customer account from the navigation menu.
How do I receive certified documents?
Uncertified register documents can be delivered as PDFs by email. Certified documents require postal delivery. Available delivery options and their costs are shown in the form. Registered mail is charged in addition to base postage.
Which documents do I need for use abroad?
Please check with the receiving authority whether certification, an apostille, legalisation or final certification is required. Select the destination country in the form to see the required additional items.
