For a GmbH, required contents include name, seat, business object, nominal capital and subscribed shares. The articles may also regulate matters such as resolutions and management.
What the documents show
Amendments may produce several versions and amendment documents. To register a GmbH amendment, a complete text with a notarial certificate is filed. An original formation agreement does not automatically reflect subsequent changes.
Research tip
Select the version relevant to the required date. Ownership research may additionally require the shareholder list, while the extract establishes the currently recorded register details.
