Meaning and context
Applications generally require electronic submission in publicly certified form. The register court examines and enters the information. Signing an application therefore does not mean the requested position has already been registered.
What the documents show
The legal effect depends on the transaction. A GmbH does not exist as such before registration, while other entries publicise changes that have already occurred. There is no universal rule that every change takes effect only upon entry.
