Meaning and context
A sole business is not a corporation separate from its owner. A distinctive registered name does not make it a GmbH. Registration as e. K. does not limit liability to a fixed amount of company capital.
What the documents show
The extract can identify the business name, proprietor and any registered procuration. A GmbH shareholder list is not the appropriate document for this legal form. A business website may use a name different from the full register wording.
